The Number One Key to Finding True Love

How do you define a soul mate relationship?

Nobody knows exactly what soul mate means. You can change it to true partner if that works better for you. You can have many soul mates. They share a connection of unconditional love with you. It can be sibling, a friend, even a pet. The secret of attraction is to love yourself first. It’s not as complicated as you might think. Soul mates meet to help each other grow.

They seem to have the key to the other person’s heart. Anyone can attract their soul mate. We learn through relationships, and soul mates are no exception. But they are more. Sharing your life with a soul mate will enrich your life for the better.

How do you define self-love, and why do you need to love yourself to establish happy relationships?

One of [the ways to express self-love] is by setting down boundaries. When you love yourself, you become less needy. You disagree less with your partner. You are less critical and controlling. Things shift in a way that you can not imagine.

In my first marriage, I was abandoning myself in my relationship. I am teaching about self-love, because I didn’t have it.

Inner joy doesn’t depend on external circumstances. We attract the people and experiences who match our energy. Self-love puts you in a higher energy.

Believe in love. A relationship may end, but love is always available.

Two exercises to call in your soul mate

  1. One thing you can do today is to prepare yourself for your soul mate. Be sure the doors of your heart are open. Many people want a relationship, but their heart is locked and they’ve thrown away the key. Visualize how the doors of your heart are open. Love has to be able to go out of you. Love has to arrive to you.
  2. Also, make a list of people you want to forgive, and don’t forget to include yourself in your list. When you’re angry, you might hear the voice of your ex. Your stomach contracts. Be sure you make yourself ready by forgiving—parents, friends, an ex—and let it go. Put the list on the fire and release it to the universe. You want to be free to find love again.

How do you love yourself? Before every choice, ask yourself, what’s the best choice for me? Happiness and self love make you a magnet of love. No more suffering.

What have you found to be the main thing that holds people back from finding love? Are you repeating a pattern in your relationships and you don’t know how to break it?

1. Lack of self love.

2. Lack of forgiveness, because you’re continuing to live in the past.

3. Letting go of rules or messages from the past. Sometimes we continue to live by rules or messages we’ve heard. That creates our reality. We need to understand the power of our mind.

Write a list of your complaints in relationships. Instead of complaining, take responsibility. If you’re responsible, you’ll have the solution in your end. You’ll discover there’s a belief or agreement that’s holding you back.
