 The Soulmate Secret

Have you ever wondered what it takes to find the love of your life? Is it your dream to find a life-partner who will love, cherish and adore you? The Soulmate Secret will show you how to take control of your romantic destiny by using the Law of Attraction. This ancient formula reveals that our Universe is set up to deliver the people and things that are consistent with our personal belief system. If you don’t believe you will ever find the ONE, then guess what? You probably won’t. If, however, you learn to believe that the ONE is not only out there but is also looking for you, then true love can be yours. Finding true love is possible for anyone at any age if you’re willing to prepare yourself, on all levels, to become a magnet for love. Arielle Ford knows this from experience. She used the techniques in this book to bring her soulmate into her life at age 44. They were engaged six weeks later and have now been happily married for 15 years. Following are loosely transcribed notes from yesterday’s radio interview with Arielle Ford. To listen to the full episode, click here.

How to Manifest the Love of Your Life

Q: Arielle, how would you describe a “soul mate?”

A: A soul mate is someone you can completely be yourself with, share unconditional love with, and when you look into their eyes, you feel whole. You already have many soul mates; your friend, your coworker, your children, your parents. A romantic soul mate has an added dimension of romantic love. In order to manifest the love of your life, you need to first appreciate the soul mates you already have in your life. When you love unconditionally, you will manifest more love into your life. You come from a place of abundance.

Q: Why do so many people who have found success in many parts of their life still struggle when it comes to finding love?

A: They have limiting beliefs. I’m too old, too fat, too damaged. Some limiting belief is in the way. Also, they are not willing to put the time in. They let their work distract them. I ask my clients, “Have you made time in your calendar to date?” They answer, “I’ll do that when the right guy shows up.” No. That’s not the way it works. You need to schedule the time on your calendar now. Leave specific time free for dates.

Q: Your book is called The Soulmate Secret – Manifest the Love of Your Life with The Law of Attraction. Many of our listeners have heard of the Law of Attraction or have seen the movie The Secret, but can’t seem to make manifestation work for them in love. What are they doing wrong?

A: The movie didn’t give you what’s missing: the feeling component. They tell you to ask, believe, and receive. But if you don’t feel that you’ll manifest love, if you believe you’re not deserving, you send the universe mixed messages. That’s why I created “feelingizations”. They’re like visualizations for feelings. They take you from your head to your heart. You need to feel in every cell of your body that what you’re asking for is already there.

Q: What are the key steps to manifesting a soul mate?

A: I needed a man who was generous with his time, attention, etc. It was hard for me to admit that to myself. I also wanted someone who was  adventurous and liked exotic travel and had a great relationship with his mom. I had to release my original list of 48 items I wanted in a mate. I was intentional about wanting to manifest love and I also surrendered to the outcome. 6 months later, I met Brian at the Portland airport. I recognized him because I had been speaking to my soul mate every day. I knew I’d recognize him when we met. Ask yourself, “How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning?” Is that related to his height and weight and taste in shoes? I don’t think so. I asked Elizabeth Gilbert what she most loved about her husband. She said, “I used to think I needed a guy who loved yoga and meditation. My husband doesn’t do yoga or meditate, but when I walk into the kitchen, his eyes light up. That’s what really matters.”
