Your limiting beliefs keep you from the love you want. In this video, I help you bust those beliefs and build confidence to attract the love of your life.

Limiting beliefs are just that…limiting. What you believe is what you will attract into your life. Change your thoughts, change your life for the better. In this video, I show you how to bust those limiting beliefs and build confidence to attract in true love.

How to overcome your limiting beliefs

Identify your limiting belief(s). What have you told yourself about your own limitations that are keeping you from finding the love you want?

Ask yourself:

  • What do I really want?
  • What kind of person would I like to become?
  • Why do I want this? What are the benefits?

Limiting beliefs are:

•   When you make many excuses.
•   When you complain often.
•   When many of your thoughts are negative.
•   When you indulge in destructive habits.
•   When your self-talk is negative.
•   When you jump to conclusions and/or make assumptions.
•   When you have unreasonable fears.
•   When you often worry about failure or making mistakes.
•   When you worry incessantly for no apparent reason.
•   When you're procrastinating.
•   When you're a perfectionist.
  1. Make a list of all the limiting beliefs that come up for you. Ask yourself if these beliefs are true for you today. Who would you be if they weren’t true?
  2. Understand the law of concentration. What you dwell on grows. So, if you’re always thinking you’re too old, too heavy, not smart enough, you have to practice positive and compassionate thinking. You’re not what you think you are, but what you think…you are.
  3. Develop empowering beliefs. This will allow you to move past obstacles and achieve your goals.

To do that, you must be convinced of three things:

•   I take responsibility for change 
•   Change happens quickly when I’m committed to it
•   Things must change NOW

Adapt a new empowering belief that’s consistent with your core values. Take small steps every day to adapt this new belief. When you practice eradicating your limiting beliefs, you will be unstoppable!
