9. Scheduling and Cancellations
Issues and last minute problems may arise which could cause you to cancel an appointment. Unless there is an emergency, 24-hour notice is required to cancel (and reschedule) any previously scheduled private coaching session. Should an appointment be canceled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for that session and forfeit the session. All “no shows” without a medical or family emergency will forfeit current and possible future sessions. Coaching programs are non-refundable once ordered.
10. Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
Last First Date and Sandy Weiner are committed to providing exceptional coaching and downloadable products & services for active participants in the dating community or who are in a relationship; however, Last First Date is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any coaching session, tele-class or live workshop service under any circumstance unless explicitly put forth by Last First Date. We will seek to satisfy every customer in a reasonable way through extended and reasonable consultant interaction, but we do not offer refunds, apart from where it’s specified on the site.
11. Coaching Returns and Refunds
We will do everything in our power to provide you the best possible service, but we do not offer refunds for any coaching product, whether private or group. However, regarding Inner Circle Coaching Membership, we will immediately cancel your membership upon request so that no further charges will be incurred. Please contact Sandy Weiner 3 business days prior to your next billing cycle by clicking here. Cancelled memberships may be subject to a 30-day waiting period in addition to a $45.00 reactivation fee before joining again.
Refunds may, at the sole discretion of Last First Date, LLC, incur a $20 one-time processing fee.
12. Content Ownership
All audio recordings & transcriptions produced during any live workshop, teleclass or Inner Circle Coaching session is the property of Sandy Weiner, Last First Date and Last First Date, LLC. Participation waives all rights in the recordings and the audios may result in future resale andSandy Weiner, Last First Date and Last First Date, LLC retain full rights in its use.
