Allana PrattIntimacy Expert Allana Pratt knows that sex is sacred, bodies are temples and true intimacy starts inside. I enjoyed having this classy, sexy, Ivy League single mom on my radio show this week. She has been featured on CBS, FOX, TLC and People Magazine. She’s the proud mama of her 10 year-old son and has helped thousands find confidence, sex appeal and thriving relationships through her programs, DVDs and provocative weekly show, I hope you enjoy some of the loosely transcripted highlights of her show on sex and dating over 40.

1. How can you be classy & irresistible when asking for what you want in bed?

It starts with getting clear with what you want.

Maybe you’re not looking for one person for the rest of your life. That’s okay. It’s about being comfortable enough with yourself to allow intimacy and partnership into your life. It’s about what works for you. Do you wonder, ‘Am I a slut? What will others say about my sex life?’ Be comfortable with what YOU want, and don’t worry about what others say. When you know what you want, you can ask for it in bed. And that’s sexy!

2. Do woman over 40 really want a bad boy?

A good guy/bad boy combo is sexy. We are also a combo. A bad boy who is unconscious is not good. He can be hurtful. A bad boy/good guy combo with love is noble. First take away your issues with your own kinkiness. Don’t judge yourself. Celebrate your whole being. When you live from a place of inner joy, happiness, and fulfillment, you attract amazing men into your life. You also attract better clients and better experiences throughout your life.

Listen to Sex and Dating Over 40 to find out what to do about our sagging body parts, and how to love ourselves more to be more irresistible to the right man. Good stuff!
